Interim legal notes
AgentFlow is pre-launch. These interim notes govern this marketing site and the waitlist today, and state the commitments our final Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will carry. The final documents, reviewed by counsel, will replace this page before public launch.
1. What this site is
This website describes a product in active development. Features, strategies, fees, and availability describe our product specification and may change before launch. Screenshots and figures shown (balances, budgets, costs) are illustrative examples from our product brief, not records of real accounts.
2. No financial advice, no promised returns
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. AgentFlow strategies act on goals and limits that users configure; targets such as “>8% APY” are user-set goals, not predictions or guarantees. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value, including the entire amount allocated to a strategy budget.
3. Waitlist data
If you join the waitlist we collect one thing: your email address. We use it to send your invite and occasional launch updates. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their marketing, or enrich it with other data. Email us at any time to be removed and deleted.
If our signup service is unreachable when you submit the form, your email may be held in your own browser's local storage until the next successful connection — it stays on your device and is sent only to us.
4. Eligibility and availability
The private beta will be offered in selected regions and may require identity or residency confirmation where law demands it. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side and does not guarantee access.
5. Commitments that will carry into the final terms
- Agent budgets are hard limits enforced by our systems; no AgentFlow feature grants an agent unbounded spending authority.
- Costs are disclosed before confirmation or itemized in reports; we will not introduce undisclosed spreads or hidden fees.
- Pause and withdraw controls remain available to users at all times the service operates.
- We never ask for, store, or display seed phrases in default product flows.
6. Intellectual property
AgentFlow, the AgentFlow mark, and this site's content are our property. Third-party product names mentioned on this site (for comparison) belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively only.
